Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, AA Monet is a 3x published author and award-winning poet and screenwriter. She graduated with a B.A. in English with an emphasis in language, writing, and rhetoric in 2018. Commonly referred to as Ms. All Things Writing, AA Monet is a poet, screenwriter, book publisher, and so much more. As an artist, author, and business owner focused on cultivating spaces for emotions to freely and safely exist, AA Monet has recently collabed with local bookstores, restaurants, daycares, schools, hospitals, and more.
AA Monet is also the name of her literary agency business offering a range of services (e.g., Book Publishing Assistance, Pinpointing Your Passion Coaching Sessions, Readings, Workshops, etc.) and products. In addition to the t-shirt and art print customer favorites, her 3 published books cover a wide age range with each possessing unique, interactive features. Her first published work, Lost And Found, is a poetry book that allows the reader (ages 15+) to name and title EACH of the poems. The first in her All The Things That Make You children’s book series is, All The Things That Make You Special, a 3-in-1 children’s book that allows children (ages 2-8) to not only read, but draw AND color. The second book in the series is her newly released All The Things That Make You Feel children’s book that frames emotions as temporary visitors–feelings that come and go. This book allows a child (ages 8-12) to skip to the emotion they are feeling in the moment, pinpoint what they need, and write affirmation statements to help them both process and communicate them easier.
